What is an @name?
It is your public handle. People can send you money or request it by typing @yourname.
Are the vault rates real?
The rates on this site are illustrative placeholders. They are variable and not guaranteed, and they will be replaced with dated live rates when available.
Can I lose money in a vault?
Vault yields may carry risk of loss and locked vaults may restrict early withdrawal. Read the vault terms (draft) before funding.
How do I freeze my card?
From the card screen in the app, turn on Freeze. Turn it off to resume spending.
Is my money insured?
We will publish exactly what is covered, and by whom, once partner details are final. Until then, assume nothing is insured.
